As a Mortgage professional with over 37 years in the business, Bill is passionate about his industry and has helped over 3000 families achieve their mortgage financing needs through Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 2nd mortgages and Construction/ Perms loans. Whether it’s a purchase or refinance his focus is to create customers for life by educating them and making the process as quick and easy as possible with “no surprises”.
A longtime member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals since 1989 he has served in the following capacities: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Director. He has been recognized and awarded with numerous achievements. He has also served on the Audit Committee at his church, St John the Divine since the year 2000.
Bill is also dedicated to his family and community. He and his wife of 40 years have two married children and four grandchildren with one on the way. His personal loves are spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and the beach.
